ISRAEL UPDATE
April 16, 2006 – Al Qaeda network chief Abu Mussib al Zarqawi has lowered his profile in Iraq, obviously warring Sunni and Shi ite factions are doing an efficient job of eradicating each other. Zarqawi is bolstering ties with Palestine terror groups in Gaza and Judea-Samaria, a job made much easier due to the helpful negotiations forced upon Israel by world powers.
The role of dual destruction is being applied as the war against radical Islam and both Israel and the U.S. continues to escalate.
It is no coincidence that one of the forces that brought down the World Trade Center Towers is in the middle disrupting U.S. efforts in Iraq and placing Israel on the verge of either a full scale war or an incredible war of attrition.
It was once said that aggression unchallenged is aggression unleashed, but when the forces of maniacal dictators and religious fanatics are the opponent even mighty military intelligence based nations are both frustrated and kept off balance.
How sad and terrifying to think that the cities of Christ’s birth and resurrection, even the land He roamed performing miracles is on the verge of being cut in half as we are contemplating the glory of the resurrection. But, as this maddening pattern continues, let us now look to His return so He can correct the problems man obviously is incapable of resolving.
April 16, 2006 – It appears both history and cynicism under the guise of scholarship continues to attempt to destroy the humanity of Christ and the glory of His resurrection. Jesus married and having children, the body of Christ being medicated on the cross and removed, not actually dying and even the renewed attempt to redefine Judas Iscariot as a hero are proof.
Personally, my preference is to look to the scriptures and let both history and the scriptures work in unison and remove all doubts.
Matthew 28:1 clearly states that both Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to the sepulcher in order to prepare the body. How incredible that women would come first, usually looked down on and their word not considered to carry as much weight.
Second the tomb was declared empty, a point that states the fact that is relevant, there was no body!
The male disciples would have been the ones to cover up if the allegations were true and after getting the report of an empty grave all were amazed!
We can keep reading and listening to the cynics trying to denounce the reality of Christ’s resurrection and His deity, but once again, history and the scriptures both work in unison to confirm the truth.
To be continued…
