ISRAEL UPDATE

July 23, 2006 – As the world tensely watches the boiling kettle of violence between Israel and Lebanon ready to spill over into the region and possible the world, ask yourselves the following questions.

Even though the United States is currently backing Israel’s right to defend herself, how long will the endorsement last before the oil rich nations use their extortion causing our nation to change it’s stance?

Why is the nation of Israel condemned for using excessive force when her sovereign borders are violated by Palestinian forces that as supposedly willing to live side by side with the Jewish State?

Russia is building two huge naval stations, Syria and France spent three decades propping up Iraq’s nuclear program and Greece, a nation so supportive of international terrorism, leads the way to condemning Israel’s actions.

Is it ironic that the political leadership of Lebanon condemns Israel when in reality is nothing more than a puppet state ruled and reigned over by the Syrian and Iranian backed terror groups.

Israel is not to blame for this possible worldwide eruption of violence, but rather the blame lies at the feet of the Gentile powers of the world.

According to prophetic insight, this scenario has come to reality due to going soft on Islam and demanding Israel to negotiate with the very perpetrators causing this chaos and mayhem, and aside from G-d’s intervention, the world is in serious trouble.

July 23, 2006 – When King Saul received his orders to destroy literally all of Amelek, I Kings 15:3, he failed to do so and even though Saul continued, to reign his kingdom was given to David and he lost out with G-d.

Watching the current violence in Israel, we see a harsh reality comparative to that of Saul.  After Israel’s invasion of Lebanon to root out the P.L.O. and its training facilities that sponsored terrorists from 27 other nations, the world peacekeepers slowly but surely forced Israel’s complete withdrawal.

Of course, Syria’s presence in Lebanon is into its fourth decade, and the Lebanese nation is not considered sovereign by the Damascus government occupying it.

The tentacles of Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad backed by the Damascus and Tehran governments have been afflicting America directly and indirectly since the Iranian hostage crisis of 1979.

American policy has been entirely too tolerant toward the tenets of Islam and either through fear or ignorance has failed to recognize the truest enemies of our nation in the Middle East.

Like Saul, we, the U.S., have been stripped of our strength and at present have painted ourselves into a corner because we have not done what is right.  Now Pandora’s box has been opened!
