ISRAEL UPDATE
July 30, 2006 – Be careful about what you hear about the violence currently raging between Israel and Lebanon, because you may not be hearing the whole truth.
One of Israel’s constant thorns in the flesh has been the Lebanese nation that has been raped, pillaged, occupied and dominated by several terror factions using Israel’s northern neighbor as a dragon’s lair for terrorist activities.
One of the cries today is for Lebanese sovereignty to be respected but with Syrian occupation and radical terrorists holding key government positions, how sovereign is Lebanon?
Syrian maps do not just acknowledge Lebanon as an actual nation but rather a portion of greater Syria.
In fact since 1968 when the P.L.O. moved into Lebanon (Fatah Land) from Jordan after being expelled every terrorist group in the world has been trained on Lebanese soil thanks to the generosity of Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran and every other Arab/Islamic nation of the world.
As always the Lebanese civilians suffer due to military operations but one reason is because these terrorists set up operation in civilian clusters compromising their safety.
All of this started because radical fundamental Islamic militants violated Israel’s sovereignty killing and capturing Israeli soldiers then holding them as hostages. Thus, Israeli and Lebanese sovereignty are both at stake and one can only imagine what would happen if the roles were reversed.
July 30, 2006 – Many Christian organizations around the world are calling for Israel to cease their military actions in Lebanon.
Around the world Muslims are lamenting their fear for the safety of family members not just in Lebanon and Israel but the Palestinian Authority and other nations of the region.
I wholeheartedly concur that many times the civilians suffer in these scenarios and it is a sad but true fact of war. Of course, if we are going to cry out for the protection of the World’s Muslim population, what about the Christians?
The very Lebanon that is the focus of today’s current violence has seen untold persecution and wholesale slaughter of Christians there with nary a peep from the world’s media. Just as in the Sudan, Island of Timon and any nation under the oppressive yoke of Islam, these practices go with little to no focus from these watchdog groups.
The selective moral concern of these “do gooders” smacks of the monumental hypocrisy in the religious world of choosing specific groups and issues rather than the true stance of religious freedom for all.
The spirit of Anti Christ is alive and well under the guise of religious concern as condemning in one is condoned in another and as the prophet stated we live in a day where evil is called good and good called evil and true judgment is not measured equally.
