ISRAEL UPDATE

September 10, 2006 – Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel and Lebanon are continually in the news as we keep being informed about the war on terror.  Yet little is said about the war on terror that is going on in America as the anti Christian forces continue to move forward with their agenda.

Crosses are being removed from private land because it is an offense and we are just a matter of months before the anti nativity scene campaign gears up.

Remove the Ten Commandments from the public buildings, sanitize our schools from any trace of prayer, Bible reading or G-d in the Pledge of Allegiance, and these crusaders have done their civic duty.  Yet it is now reported that 80% of the Mosques in this country are declaring from the pulpit, the need to wage Jihad (holy war) against the non-believing infidels.

However, if an evangelical Christian speaks out against same sex marriage or abortion they are considered closed minded and insensitive bigots.

This perverted double standard is not only secularizing America it is stripping the Christian populace of its freedom while strengthening anti Christian forces such as Islam.

The warning of Jesus to His followers in John 16:2 (They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth G-d service), is relevant today and warns us of current trends.  May G-d give us the strength to continue to the end.

September 10, 2006 – There are all types of documentaries currently being aired on television networks, commemoration speeches being made, memorial services conducted as we, as a nation, relive the horrors of September 11, 2001.

As a nation, little if anything has been resolved.  As a whole, we are quite literally divided about the war on terror and how it should be fought.  Of course, at present, the tiny nation of Israel is probably more united than ever especially after the month long war of attrition in Lebanon.

Israelis haven’t had one major disaster as the U.S. did on 9-11, quite the opposite considering the overwhelming amount of terror attacks carried out against its civilian populace the past 13 years since the Oslo Peace Accord was signed.

Americans continue to complain about the war in Iraq costing the lives of U.S. military personnel.  Israel by contrast has lost scores of civilians and almost daily is losing its youth in military actions against terrorists.

Israel’s civilian and military losses the past five years are less than two thousand yet has a population of roughly six million.  America’s losses since 9-11is less than 6,000 in a nation of 300 million.

September 13, 1993 put Oslo into affect and the results have been horrific and September 11, 2001 has damaged America’s psyche, perhaps we will see our common enemy and unite in the war on terror.
