ISRAEL UPDATE
May 6, 2007 – When Iran and Iraq spent almost a decade fighting a war it was Iraq that eventually prevailed. Their use of long range missiles proved to be one of the deciding factors, in fact Iran was so impressed by the principle they are now using that principle to hold the world at bay.
Also, because all of Iraq’s nuclear program was under one roof Israel was able to completely destroy it.
Iran again learned from this as all of their nuclear facilities are spread out and a geographic nightmare for anyone attempting to destroy them.
Of course, as the world tries to appease the Iranian government hoping to avoid a conflict they continue to arm, build, and prepare to launch a nuclear strike anyway.
Nazi Germany’s program for world control was run much the same way and World War II ended with America’s nuclear proliferation. Iran is doing the same only is ready to start with their own nuclear weaponry. Habakkuk 1:11 states “Then his mind changes, and he transgresses; He commits offense, ascribing this power to his god.” (NKJV)
The President, the Ayatollah and its military leadership are trying to invoke the coming of the Muslim Messiah (Mahdi) and while Habakkuk wasn’t writing of this scenario it is relevant and our world leaders are setting the stage for another holocaust again with Israel and the Jews the primary target.
May 6, 2007 – The all so many forces that want to see our President, his policy and ultimately our nation fail in Iraq are either oblivious to the realities of this scenario or do not care.
Should America have to leave Iraq, tail between our legs, with no clear cut victory with years of nothing but dead and wounded troops and the huge financial drain, the whole world will know.
But the greater part of that tragedy will be the fact when that happens Iraq will become another surrogate state for Iran just like Lebanon.
Geographically this would connect Iran, Iraq, Syria and Lebanon in a powerful line that would be virtually impenetrable and reduce options for further Western intervention in the region.
Another glaring result would be the much tighter stronghold Islamic forces could bring to bear on the nation of Israel.
For the past four years I have written many articles on the Middle East scenario defending Israel and America simultaneously and Iraq being lost would only add to the mix.
The hopes and dreams of establishing democracy in the Middle East is noble but if we continue to handle things the wrong way this dream will never be realized.
I hope those pushing for failure in the region understand what they are doing because soon they may not have the liberty to express themselves.
To be continued…
